Skate park meeting and news

We have called a meeting of the Skatepark group for

Wednesday, 31 August 2011 at 6.30 pm
in the Annexe of Euxton PC Community Centre, School Lane, Euxton.

We have news, which you may have heard of, to update everyone with about grants, but also two events organised which we want to let you know about and ask you all to come up with some fund-raising ideas.

2-day Euxton Ramp Event - mobile ramp company bringing ramps to Euxton

6 week coaching sessions (for the younger riders) on BMX, Inline Skates and Skateboard teaching skills and safety, and some opportunities for older young people to take coaching courses

It is important to see as many people at this meeting as possible. This shows to all, including the granting agencies, Council members, visiting press etc that Euxton young people are serious at supporting the arrival of this Bespoke Concrete Skatepark facility and about fundraising for their project.
